# Supersmooth Legal: Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

## Terms of Service

Key terms include:

* Supersmooth is a non-custodial software provider.
* Services are for business use and not for consumer use.
* Disputes go to mandatory individual arbitration under LCIA rules, seat London, English law, subject to final counsel confirmation, with a class-action waiver.
* Liability is capped.
* The Non-Supported Countries list applies.
* Perpetual futures are unavailable to US persons.
* VPN circumvention of geographic restrictions is prohibited.

## Privacy Policy

Key terms include:

* Access is wallet-based with no accounts.
* Onchain data is inherently public.
* Wallet data is shared with screening providers, currently Chainalysis, solely for safety and sanctions compliance.
