Supersmooth Yield Loops are multiplied yield strategies on correlated assets such as wstETH against ETH, weETH against ETH, and sUSDe against USDC. They are built on the Supersmooth Multiply engine but are priced differently and visualized differently in the interface, because the multiple involved is materially higher and it produces a yield rather than directional exposure. A Supersmooth Yield Loop combines the mechanics of a Multiply position and an Earn position. Functionally, a Yield Loop multiplies a yield spread, not price direction.

Why use Supersmooth Yield Loops

  • Multiply a staking yield. wstETH earns staking yield, and ETH borrow rates are usually below that staking yield. Looping at 5x to 10x turns a staking yield of roughly 3% into a meaningfully higher net APY on user equity, while exposure remains ETH-denominated.
  • The spread is the trade. Because collateral and debt are correlated in a Yield Loop, price moves affect both sides together. Liquidation risk therefore comes primarily from depeg or rate inversion, not from price direction.
  • Free position adjustments. Supersmooth never charges for Yield Loop adjustments. You pay only gas when actively managing a Yield Loop position.

Features

  • One-transaction open at target multiple, sometimes greater than 10x on deep correlated markets
  • One-transaction multiple increase or decrease, which is always free of Supersmooth fees
  • One-transaction close
  • Net APY displayed with all costs included: venue rate, Supersmooth spread, and staking yield
  • Dedicated management pages to view earnings and current rates, and to manage positions

Key risk

The key risk in a Supersmooth Yield Loop is depeg. A correlated asset losing its peg moves LTV quickly and is the highest-velocity path to liquidation in otherwise conservative strategies.
  • Multiply for the underlying multiply engine
  • Earn for single-asset passive yield strategies
  • Automations for automated protection on Yield Loops
